We understand that mental healthcare should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. That's why we offer sliding scale rates for our psychotherapy services. Please contact us to discuss a rate that is manageable for you.

Insurances
 

At Ready. Set. Grow!, we are currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (Carefirst), and United Healthcare in Maryland and Washington, DC. Please note that we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. If you have out-of-network benefits, you will receive an invoice/superbill for your personal records and for easy submission to your insurance provider for reimbursement of eligible expenses.

Please check with your insurance carrier to determine your out-of-network benefits. It is your responsibility to submit your own claims to your insurance company, so you are reimbursed directly from the insurance company (if applicable). Please check your coverage carefully by contacting your insurance company and asking the following questions:
 

• Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Flexible Spending Account 
You may be able to use this account for payment. 
 

Payment
Cashapp and all major credit cards accepted for payment at the onset of services.
 

Cancellation Policy 
If for any reason you are unable to meet for your appointment, you are responsible for calling to cancel at least 24 business hours prior to your scheduled time.  Individual / Couples / Family cancellations with less than 24 hours will result in you being charged a $75 cancellation fee for the appointment.

Ready. Set. Grow! accepts Blue Cross/Blue Shield  (Carefirst), United Healthcare, and Aetna for Acupuncture services. Chinese Herbal Medicine is not covered by insurance. Our practice does not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Following payment for services, we will submit a bill to your insurance company for reimbursement of the covered percentage. 

Please check with your insurance carrier to determine your out of network benefits. If you are out of network, you are responsible for submitting your own claims directly to your insurance company, for reimbursement. We can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company if we are out of network. Please check your coverage carefully by contacting your insurance company and asking the following questions:
